Marco Donzelli has been coaching for 10 years and for 20 has constantly been in search of “Well-being” and good communication. He began studying Neuro Linguistic Programming in 1995, studying matters such as Coaching, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Counselling and Training. Among his teachers we find: Gianni Fortunato, Francesca Cantaro, Jan Ardui, Peter Wrycza, Insoo Kim Berg, Robert Dilts and Richard Bandler.
Marco graduated in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan, he worked for twenty years as a commercial and administrative manager of a clothing company before moving to hotel management. It was the overlapping of the two jobs between 1990 to 1995 that brought about a period of crisis for him. The frenzy and confusion of that period led Marco to search for new methods improving the well-being of people.
Currently, along with Chihiro Tanaka, he shares his experiences with other Trainers who wish to spread the Zero Stress techniques (Kaleidocompass, Zero Stress, Emotional Self-defence). The feeling and friendship between Mark and Chihiro helped create this project that aims to find simple ways to improve the welfare of people at work, in their private life and relationships with themselves and with others.
